I had some trouble installation Windows Server 2012 in Virtual Box. The fix for enabling some CPU option using VBoxManager.exe didn’t work.
Instead, you need to enable the “No-Memory Execute” Protection option in your motherboard’s BIOS. This seems to apply especially to people using ASRock motherboards.
